At Noena Vintage, we do our best to accurately describe and photograph every item — as the majority of our selection consists of unique, pre-loved vintage pieces. We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
Vintage and pre-loved items
Many of our products are secondhand and may show slight signs of wear — this is a natural part of their history and charm.
These features are not defects but expected characteristics of vintage items. Therefore, returns due to light patina or signs of wear are not accepted.
Return conditions
You may return an item if:

It is in the same condition as when received

It has not been additionally worn or used

It is returned within 14 days of delivery
Non-refundable items
Due to hygiene or product nature, we do not accept returns on:

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You’ll be notified by email once the return has been processed.
Haven’t received your refund after 10 days?

Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for items that are damaged or defective.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return.
Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
